ANDROID EMULATOR AUTOMATION WITH PROXY MANAGEMENT

I'm seeking a desktop software that can automate interactions within the LDPlayer Android emulator, as well as manage proxies and IP replacements.
This software should also feature an independent proxy manager that provides both automatic and manual proxy management options.
Key Requirements.
- Automate actions in the LDPlayer Android emulator.
- Comprehensive proxy manager that can handle both automatic and manual proxy management.
- Substitute my WebRTC public IP with my proxy ip and also complete replace local/private IP.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proficiency in software development with a focus on desktop applications.
- Prior experience in creating automation software for Android emulators, particularly LDPlayer.
- Strong understanding of proxy management, IP replacement and WebRTC.

It picks one function from a list of functions I provide it randomly....
Let's say i set 1.
Wait 3-5secs 2.
Scroll up 5-10secs 3.
Click a link 4.
Swipe left...
Now as u can see there are 4 functions here...
Let's say all 4 functions could be put under one container called *Random Execution* I need the bot to randomly select 1 of the 4 functions and execute it...
4) My web rtc public ip must match my proxy ip....
5) Date and time must match with proxy...
6) Clicking with x and Y coordinates 7) I need a function in the software that I select if the software should run multi thread with previously used emulator instance or use a brand new emulator for each instance...
(account manager) 8) I need the software to store and login to gmail using password and recovery email when asked...

If there are custom operations let's say (Task A and Task B)..
This simply means if the software is not able to execute task A, it should execute Task B...
b)i Autoscroll with time interval (I want to be able to select speed of scrolling)...
Auto scroll means the software will I can select how long the software is able to scroll up and how long it should scroll down...
Min and Max time bii) Scroll.
Means I can select either to scroll up or down using time interval...
I can also control the scroll speed c) coordinates, class or id click) I need a click method that works as when a real user is clicking with his fingers...
d) new unique and fresh emulator instance per launch e) Wait page load.
Means the software should wait for website page to finish loading (I must be able to set the min and max wait time) f) Input.
I can be able to type on any field, eg browser address bar, [login to view URL] search box etc...
g) Click.
I can be able to click using (XPath, point method, image recognition, fixed coordinates) 10) stand alone Proxy manager.
Like I showed you on anydesk...
Using apk apps to control proxy is not really advisable....
I need my webrtc replaced...
12) Screen Resolution, I want multiple screen resolutions and  not just 1 screen resolution and this has to work with the fixed coordinates click method....
13) I want the private/local ip to randomly change everytime a new instance is launched...
When I mean random, I mean the entire private ip range....
