All responses without ROBOT will be deleted!*** **Job Description:** We’re seeking an experienced freelancer to help set up and automate a multi-step campaign in GHL for our AI Receptionist sales process.
This project involves configuring a series of initial and follow-up SMS/email messages designed to engage prospects, capture key information, and drive conversions.
You’ll be responsible for building the workflow using GHL’s automation tools and personalization tokens.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Set up the initial reply and at least five follow-up SMS/email sequences based on our provided messaging framework.
- Configure automation triggers and workflows to ensure messages are sent on schedule (e.
., Day 0, Day 1, Day 2, etc.).
- Integrate personalization tokens (e.
., {{contact.
irst_name}}, {{[login to view URL]}}, etc.) within messages for a tailored customer experience.
- Incorporate scheduling and enrollment links (e.
., {{scheduling_link}}, {{payment_link}}) as needed.
- Test the workflow to ensure proper sequencing, accurate timing, and smooth multi-channel delivery.
- Provide documentation and brief training on how to manage and update the campaign.
**Requirements:** - Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) platform and automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of SMS and email marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly about progress and challenges.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and a seamless user experience.
- Familiarity with setting up multi-step campaigns and integrating personalization tokens.
