We need an experienced developer or team to integrate WhatsApp Business API with an AI chatbot that will automate shift updates, inquiries, and workforce communication for our part-time employees.
The system must also sync with Google Sheets to log shift requests in real time and automatically notify WhatsApp groups for different outlet locations.

AI bot understands and categorizes messages (e.
., "I’m late", "I need to swap my shift").
Auto-responds to common questions (e.
., "What’s my schedule?").
Flags urgent messages for manual review.

Google Sheets Integration Logs shift updates with details.
Timestamp | Worker Name | Outlet | Shift Date | Shift Time | Request Type | Status Updates shift change requests automatically.
Filters available replacements when a worker cancels.

WhatsApp Group Auto-Notifications If a worker modifies/cancels a shift, AI posts updates in the relevant WhatsApp group.
