AI COMMUNICATION AND ENGAGEMENT MANAGER (M/F/D)

The company you'll be working for Leading company in its sector, is looking to recruit an AI Communication and Engagement Manager (m/f/d) to take on a global role.
Your new role - Develop and implement vibrant and persuasive communication strategies and frameworks to support the roll-out of (Gen)AI and digital transformador initiatives; - Build and maintain a vibrant internal community (e.
., through Viva Engage), enabling continuous employee interaction with AI topics, fostering feedback, and facilitating lively discussions; - Apply design thinking methodologies to understand employee needs and create human-centered communication strategies that address their concerns and enhance engagement; - Employ analytical tools to gauge the impact of communication campaigns, with an aim to perpetually elevate engagement and outreach effectiveness; - Compose engaging content tailored to various internal and external audiences (e.
., newsletters, Viva Engage posts, videos) that promotes buy-in and understanding of (Gen)AI initiatives; - Support change management initiatives, emphasizing the benefits and addressing concerns about the (Gen)AI transformador; - Design visual communication materials such as mockups, video storyboards, and presentation drafts for rapid iteration and stakeholder feedback; - Collaborate with leadership and related departments to ensure consistent messaging across internal communication channels; - Stay current on (Gen)AI and communication trends to ensure your communication reflects the latest developments and keeps the internal audience informed and engaged.
What you need to succeed - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field; - Native/highly fluent English speaker with 5+ years of experience in internal communications (or similar role), preferably within a large, international organization; - Proven track record in creating targeted, impactful communication for diverse audiences, from senior leadership to all employees, with a strong focus on community building and engagement; - Experience in executing diverse communication and marketing strategies using both virtual and in-person formats, ensuring engagement across different channels and settings; - Experience with design thinking methodologies to develop innovative, user-centered communication strategies that resonate with employees; - Ability to quickly prototype mockups of communication materials using design tools such as Figma; - Expertise in translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging messaging for non-technical audiences; - Strong PowerPoint skills, preferably with experience in creating visually appealing and impactful presentations to support communication efforts; - Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple communication campaigns and meeting tight deadlines;- A strong advocate for innovation and change through impactful communication; - Experience in AI, or other novel technologies, with a focus on change management.
