Job Description.
We are now looking for a Aftersales Delivery and Performance Manager to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission.
* Support and manage the Aftersales NPI (New Parts Introduction); * Business and the industrial flow; * Support the Customer Order Management; * Steer, measure and display industrial and financial performance including risk, mitigation and opportunity management; * Support and manage the reporting with internal suppliers and customer; * Establish reports for different hierarchies inside Airbus Aerostructures and towards the customer, * Assure harmonized and efficient industrial flows Requirements - our ideal candidate will have.
* A diploma/bachelor degree in engineering or business administration or several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way * High resilience and assertiveness * Team & communication skills * Business fluent English (German desirable) * Experience in KPIs and designing reports * Experience in MS Office - especially in Excel, Access and G Suite * Knowledge in SAP Benefits - what's in it for you.
