We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for one of our investment products. Your main tasks will be: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates with mainstream and dating traffic that aligns with our brand's target demographic; Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed; Negotiate and finalize deals with affiliates and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms; Monitor affiliate performance, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization opportunities; Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across affiliates' campaigns; Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling affiliate marketing materials and campaigns tailored to dating content; Ensure all affiliate content complies with legal standards and ethical guidelines specific to dating content and our brand's values; Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate our affiliate program continuously; Handle affiliate inquiries, concerns, and disputes promptly and effectively, maintaining positive relationships. We expect from you: Proficiency in analyzing campaign data to optimize performance. Ability to interpret data in Excel, generate insights, and report on performance metrics; Hands on experience in SEO, SEM and social marketing; Experience with CRM and affiliate management tools (e.g., Hasoffers, Affise, Cake); Strong skills in budget allocation, management, and optimization across multiple campaigns and platforms to ensure maximum ROI; Proficiency in managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize based on performance and business objectives; A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies to improve ad performance and user conversion rates; Basic to intermediate knowledge of any programming language, and understanding of tracking technologies (pixels, tracking codes) for accurate campaign tracking and attribution; Knowledge of legal, differences and ethical guidelines of dating mainstream traffic; English and Russian B2-C1 level. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks.
