Analisar e identificar oportunidades de crescimento, como fusões, aquisições, parcerias estratégicas, lançamento de novos produtos ou expansão para novos mercados.
Realizar análises abrangentes para mapear riscos de compliance e desenvolver estratégias para evitá-los.
Negociar e redigir contratos comerciais, acordos de parceria, acordos de investimento e outros documentos legais relacionados a transações comerciais.
Fornecer consultoria jurídica contínua para a equipa de gestão da empresa, auxiliando na tomada de decisões informadas e estratégicas.
Acompanhar as mudanças nas normas jurídicas e garantir que a empresa se adapte a essas mudanças de maneira oportuna e eficaz.
Isso inclui a revisão e atualização do código interno quando necessário.
Promover a capacitação contínua da equipa e a disseminação de conhecimentos em temas extrajurídicos relevantes para a área de compliance.
REQUISITOS.
Licenciatura em Direito Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência na função (fator eliminatório) Fluência de inglês escrito e falado (fator eliminatório) Excelente capacidade de comunicação e negociação Orientação para resultados e atenção aos detalhes.
