With offices in Portugal, Spain, Canada, and Sweden, we are continuously expanding, along with our team.
Currently, we are recruiting for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Technician.
In this role, you will assist with various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience with payroll processing and knowledge of payroll regulations is a plus.
