Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for the finance and administrative tasks for Accounts Receivable Overdue items.
This role will involve email support by sending payment notices to clients and responding to payment inquiries.
The Accounts Receivable Consultant will contribute to the overall success of the onshore team by providing a high level of customer service and quality support throughout the process.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Act as primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and ad hoc activities • Request client to settle past due invoices, follow up on requests as needed, and track credit amount that can be applied to outstanding invoices • Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost urgency at all times • Responsible for data entry of the responses of clients to PSA Finance conversations • Provide invoice copies as requested by the client from the accounting team • Analyze and submit AR and Collection requests to My Workspace (e.

Adjustment, Deposit, Backup, and Corrections) • Extract payment backups and communicate variances to clients as required • Assist with additional administrative needs of the Onshore Team (gather and probe information regarding client requests for the Business Services Team and Client Services Team) • Prepare the status call report to communicate progress and perform ad hoc tasks required by the onshore senior management • Initiate service improvements, innovation, and share best practices • Perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead and/or Manager Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
