Descrição Efetuar o registo, monitorização e comunicação de transações financeiras dentro da sua área de atuação; Contribuir para auditorias internas e externas, garantindo a adoção de medidas para redução de riscos; Assegurar a reconciliação de contas de balanço, analisando e justificando variações; Envolver-se nos processos de encerramento contabilístico mensal, trimestral e anual; Aplicar e assegurar o cumprimento de normas contabilísticas (SNC e IFRS); Criar relatórios financeiros com base em dados precisos e confiáveis; Fomentar a melhoria contínua e a automação dos processos financeiros; Acompanhar e aperfeiçoar indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs); Identificar e prevenir riscos operacionais, como fraude e não conformidade; Fornecer informações financeiras claras e úteis aos stakeholders.
Perfil ideal Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Finanças ou Contabilidade; Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares; Competência no uso de ferramentas de Contabilidade e Finanças; Conhecimentos avançados em Excel e/ou Google Sheets; Familiaridade com ferramentas de visualização e automação de dados; Fluência em inglês (eliminatório); Proatividade, resiliência e foco em alcançar resultados; Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalho em equipa.
