We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Academic Counsellor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities.
- Provide comprehensive information about our ongoing courses to prospective students.
- Schedule meetings with interested candidates.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Keep an organized database of inquiries, including walk-ins.
- Maintain all relevant documents.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with inquiries.
- Assist both telephonic and walk-in candidates seeking information.
- Offer career guidance to facilitate student enrollment.
- Meet monthly targets.
Ideal Candidate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Graduate.
- Female.
