About the Role.
Your role will involve designing and executing A/B tests on our website, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to drive conversions.
You'll work closely with our marketing and web development teams to ensure test plans align with our business goals and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities.
Plan, set up, and monitor A/B tests across different website elements (CTAs, product pages, checkout flow, etc.) Analyze and interpret data, identifying trends and actionable insights Collaborate with our team to implement successful test variations Document and present findings to improve our conversion optimization strategy Requirements.
Proven experience with A/B testing and CRO in an e-commerce setting Familiarity with testing tools (e.
