Skills and Qualifications An outgoing and willing to learn profile Team spirited, versatile, flexible and dedicated Excellent communicator in written and verbal form Dedicated to efficient productivity Computer savvy; proficient in Google Suites applications Entrepreneurial mindset Preferred Qualifications Fluent in English Community organization and creative industries background TASKS.
Cover the front desk during the building’s set business hours and be an on-site point of contact, easily located on the member floor Anticipate member and guest needs before they arise using relevant information collected about members to enhance and personalise their experience Answer any questions from members and guests related to the building including way-finding, policies and procedures, community etiquette, etc Receive, process, sort, and organise all mail and communications Help community managers investigate, escalate, and resolve issues with members Review location and make sure it’s meeting our standards Provide feedback on programming types and evaluate events based on attendance,satisfaction, and impact on the appropriate event team Be active on the Heden member network and slack channel to engage members Know and explain Heden policies and procedures and communicate, inform, and update members on building issues Provide support for guests and members WORKING HOURS.
40 hours per week LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE.
English B2/C1 FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION.
Amount.
200 EUR per month Transportation.
