The primary focus of this project is optimizing workflows, automation, and seamless integration across Zoho tools included in Zoho One.
A basic understanding of business processes is also preferred.
Project Details.
- No external tool integrations are required.
- The work involves deep customization within Zoho CRM, including creating custom modules, fields, and workflow automations.
- Specific tasks include managing workflows, automating customer follow-up tasks, and setting up email notifications to streamline operations.
- Enable emails to function seamlessly within Zoho CRM while maintaining the ability to use Outlook for email communication.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications.
- Proven experience in Zoho CRM customization and using Deluge for scripting.
- Strong skills in workflow management and process automation.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting email functionalities within Zoho, ensuring compatibility with external tools like Outlook.
- Familiarity with the suite of tools within Zoho One and how they interact.
- Freelancers with a demonstrated ability to deliver efficient and scalable CRM solutions will have a competitive edge.
