ZipCity is an exhilarating zipline attraction located in Macau, China, offering an immersive experience for adventure seekers.
As part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service and enhancing user experience, we are seeking a revamp of our website, www.

This brief outlines the key objectives, requirements, and considerations for the front-end design project.

Objectives.

Promote sales.
Encourage purchase through visually appealing design elements and clear calls-to-action.

Redesign existing website.
Following similar themes of existing [login to view URL] website and direction from Management 3.
Redesign ticketing page.
Limited functionality and flexibility since it’s a third-party platform.
Focus on improving UI/UX.

Enhance user experience.
Prioritize ease of navigation, accessibility, and clarity of information to ensure a seamless browsing experience.

Optimize for mobile.
Design with a mobile-first approach to cater to the majority of our users accessing the website through mobile devices.

• Liaison with the developer that is provided by ZipCity through to completion.
