The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday administration and a proven track record of enhancing system efficiency and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities.
System Administration.
Oversee advanced Workday administration, including security, data processing, and integrations.
Partnership and Collaboration.
Work with stakeholders to improve Workday efficiency.
Customization and Development.
Identify and implement system enhancements.
Data Management.
Ensure data integrity through audits and collaboration.
User Support.
Provide expert-level support and training.
Reporting and Analytics.
Maintain dashboards to meet reporting needs.
Change Management.
Assess and implement Workday updates.
Decision Making.
Influence configurations with autonomy, with approvals needed for data integrity decisions.
Qualifications.
Proven experience in Workday administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience with data audits and ensuring data integrity.
