The ideal candidate will have experience in creating conversion-focused landing pages and websites tailored to lead generation.
Key Responsibilities.
1.
Website Development.
• Design and develop a fully responsive and modern website using frameworks like [login to view URL], React, or WordPress.
• Implement lead-capturing landing pages with dynamic quote forms and API integrations.
• Ensure compatibility with desktop and mobile devices.
2.
User Experience Optimization.
• Build seamless navigation and interactive tools (quote calculators, custom forms).
• Optimize CTA buttons, forms, and workflows for lead generation and conversion rates.
3.
SEO and Performance Optimization.
• Implement on-page SEO (meta-tags, structured data) and technical SEO best practices.
• Optimize page speed and user experience metrics.
4.
Analytics and Tracking Integration.
• Set up Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and heatmaps to monitor performance.
• Implement conversion tracking and A/B testing tools to improve lead generation.
5.
Security and Compliance.
• Ensure data protection (GDPR compliant) and secure form submissions.
• Integrate SSL certificates and encryption standards for user data.
Key Requirements.
• Proven Experience.
• Minimum 5 years of web development experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience building platforms focused on lead generation and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Technical Skills.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, [login to view URL], Tailwind CSS, and WordPress.
• Experience with API integrations and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for implementing designs.
• Optimization Expertise.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies, mobile optimization, and performance tracking tools.
• Ability to create and run A/B tests for forms, CTAs, and content.
