WAREHOUSE PACKAGING VIDEO RECORDING SYSTEM

Overview The objective is to create a system that records the packaging process for orders from platforms like Lazada, TikTok, and Shopee.
The system should start recording when an order ID is scanned and stop when the packaging is completed, saving the video along with the relevant order details in a database.
Features 1.
Order ID Scanning.
o The system should support scanning of order IDs via barcode or line code.
o Platforms supported.
Lazada, TikTok, Shopee, etc.
o Scanning the order ID starts the video recording process.

Video Recording.
o Upon scanning an order ID, the system should initiate video recording.
o The video should clearly capture the entire packaging process, including the items being packaged.
o The recording should stop when the order ID is scanned again, signaling the completion of the packaging process.

Data Storage.
o Each recorded video should be saved in a database.
o The database should store the following information.
 Order ID  Platform (Lazada, TikTok, Shopee, etc.)  Video file path  Timestamp of recording start and stop  Staff ID (for tracking purposes) 4.
System Usability.
o The system should be user-friendly and convenient for warehouse staff.
o The interface should be simple with clear instructions on how to start and stop the recording.
o The system should be responsive and minimize the time taken to start/stop recordings.

Technical Requirements.
o Language.
Golang or Python.
o The system should be scalable to handle multiple recording stations simultaneously.
o It should be optimized for performance, ensuring minimal delay in starting/stopping the recording process.

Security.
o Ensure that video files are securely stored and access is controlled.
o Sensitive data, like order details, should be protected through encryption or other security measures.
7.
Reporting and Logs.
o The system should maintain logs of all activities, including when videos are recorded, stopped, and saved.
o An administrative panel for viewing and managing recordings and logs is optional but recommended.
8.
Deployment and Maintenance.
o The system should be easy to deploy on warehouse computers or servers.
o Provide clear documentation on installation, configuration, and usage.
o Offer a basic maintenance plan to address bugs, performance issues, and software updates.

Testing and Quality Assurance.
o Conduct thorough testing to ensure that videos are recorded correctly and stored without errors.
