VMWARE ADMINISTRATOR

Install, configure and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter servers, and related components.
Implement and manage virtual machines, resource pools, clusters, and storage Hands-on experience with designing and building physical servers installing, configuring, and patching ESXi 6.

Troubleshooting ESX issues related to storage, network and performance issues Good knowledge on High Availability, DRS, vMotion, SV Motion VMware SMP, capacity planner, VMware Converter Standalone (V2P and P2V) Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and related technologies.
Experience with storage technologies (SAN/vSAN/Datrium/NAS), networking concepts, and backup solutions Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell, PowerCLI, or similar tools to streamline processes Recommend improvements to optimize system performance and cost-efficiency Good hands-on experience on CISCO UCSM, HPE Synergy hardware's Good hands-on experience on HPE OneView Appliance On call support is required for troubleshooting or pre-planned maintenance on production systems Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Skills.
