Imagine creating a tool that not only refines the recruitment process but also transforms the candidate experience. We are developing a state-of-the-art task management tool that will be the heart of our programmatic recruitment software's user interface. As a UX designer, your expertise will be pivotal in designing an interface that is both intuitive and efficient, directly impacting user behaviour and satisfaction. What you will be doing Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Software Engineers and Researchers to shape and innovate our products Dissect problems and product requirements into great UX solutions that fit the product and complete features in time and budget Create interactive prototypes & wireframes, validate them through user testing, and guide them to final implementation Deliver modern and consistent visual design Develop and maintain the design system Plan and conduct tactical research such as usability testing or user interviews in collaboration with our UX Researchers Formulate and test simple hypotheses with quantitative experiments Assist the facilitation of collaborative group activities and workshops Working in a team of UX Designers and reporting directly to the Head of UX Design What we are looking for A UX Designer with at 3-5 years of experience, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your work Expertise in design principles, including typography, color, and layouts for cross-device solutions Results-oriented for the end-user and the business Familiarity with common UX metrics and how to measure and interpret them Able to write engaging, on-brand UX copy with good command of spelling and grammar Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially within cross-functional teams Proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Very good English skills, proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
