URGENT: FIX SCORM TRACKING ON MOODLE

expert to troubleshoot a SCORM tracking issue on my Moodle LMS.
Details.
- I have a fully functional Articulate SCORM file that has been tested on SCORM Cloud.
- I am using the latest version of Moodle LMS hosted on a Cloud server with all necessary facilities.
- The issue arises when I add the SCORM file as an activity.
Even though the SCORM shows 100% completion, Moodle doesn't register this, preventing access to the certificate.
- The completion criteria for the SCORM activity is set to "Completion on viewing all slides".
- Provide SCORM tracking logs generated from Moodle during the test.

Moodle LMS version number used in the testing environment.
- Once Moodle when the SCORM activity is completed do not show as Done, but shows to be done - Use Google CROME latest.
- Provide screenshots or details of the SCORM object settings configured within Moodle.
- Share details of the completion reports generated by Moodle for the SCORM activities.
I have tested the SCORM package on SCROM CLOUD and Articulate support also tested that its working where it worked perfectly, confirming that the issue is specific to Moodle.
This is an urgent requirement, and ideally, I would like this issue resolved within 1-2 hours.
Your expertise in this area is greatly appreciated.
