Who you are • Tens mínimo 3 anos de experiência em funções similares; • Tens formação tecnológica certificada de nível 4 ou superior do QNQ, numa das seguintes áreas.
Eletricidade; Refrigeração ou Climatização; • Estamos à tua procura pois valorizamos experiência nas seguintes áreas.
Instalações elétricas, AVAC, BMS, Refrigeração, Gestão de resíduos, Canalização, Elevadores, SCIE, SADI, SADIR, CCTV; • Tens capacidade de gestão de contratos e coordenação de empresas externas; • Tens conhecimentos de Informática, Excel e interpretação de telas/projeto; • Tens excelente capacidade de comunicação; • Tens conhecimentos de Inglês (preferencial); • Tens capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e de gestão de prioridades; • Tens capacidade para solucionar problemas; • Tens atitude aberta e flexível; • Tens sentido de responsabilidade e iniciativa.
A day in your life with us • Realizas e controlas as atividades de manutenção preventiva, corretiva, ou de melhoria das instalações da loja, segundo os padrões de qualidade implementados; • Tens responsabilidade pela gestão de pedidos de trabalho ou de cotação para fornecimento de material e serviços na área da manutenção; • Realizas, segues e controlas todas as medidas necessárias para cumprir as normas legais e procedimentos da IKEA em matéria de manutenção e segurança; • És responsável por cumprir e controlar medidas de gestão de consumos energéticos.
