UNDERWATER ROBOTICS

1- Development and application of techniques for processing images obtained in conditions of reduced visibility (for example, low lighting and turbidity).
2- Development and application of artificial intelligence techniques for recognizing objects in underwater scenes.
3- Development and implementation of semantic segmentation of critical objects.
4- Adaptation of semantic segmentation methods for automatic scale extraction (for example with complementary sonar data).
5- Integration of algorithms into vehicle simulation tools in underwater environments with “hardware/software in the loop” to validate automatic anomaly detection software.
Academic Qualifications PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering Minimum profile required Experience in computer vision.
