UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) Job Description.
Körber Pharma Software is a market leader on the Pharmaceutical MES sector, dedicated to delivering innovative and trustful solutions to our clients.
We are seeking an experienced and talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
This role is designed for professionals who enjoy challenging the status quo, generating innovative ideas, and driving improvements in our design process.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in similar roles, demonstrating a strong proficiency in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.
Responsibilities.
1.
User Research.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Perform interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions and improve user experience.
2.
Wireframing and Prototyping.
Develop interactive prototypes and both low- and high-fidelity wireframes that illustrate layout and flow, ensuring a user-centric approach.
Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and project teams, validating ideas and hypotheses before implementation.
3.
Interface and Component Design.
Create visually appealing and functional interfaces, designing high-quality UI components that are both aesthetic and functional.
Develop reusable design components to ensure consistency across different sections of the application, optimizing user journeys and navigation flows for seamless interaction.
4.
Responsive and Accessible Design.
Ensure that designs work effectively on various devices (desktops, tablets, and smartphones) and adhere to accessibility standards, providing efficient and enjoyable user experiences across all screens.
5.
Information Architecture and Content Organization.
Organize content clearly, making it easy for users to find what they need, while maintaining excellent organization of design files, research documents, and workflows for smooth collaboration.
6.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and refine design concepts.
Foster communication to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the development process, aligning solutions with business goals and user needs.
7.
Technical Documentation and Support.
Provide detailed documentation for the design and implementation of UI components, collaborating with developers to ensure accurate and efficient translation of designs into functional interfaces.
8.
Design Validation and Iteration.
Use validation techniques (e.
., dogfooding, user testing) to assess usability and effectiveness.
Implement feedback loops to make data-driven improvements, enhancing the design’s alignment with user expectations and business requirements.
9.
Process Improvement.
Contribute to the refinement of the design process, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and implement UI/UX best practices.
Requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as FIGMA, Sketch or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and a deep understanding of design principles (Nice to Have).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and user experience best practices.
• Experience with design validation techniques, including dogfooding and user testing (e.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
