We are seeking a skilled Treasury Analyst to oversee and optimize our treasury operations, debt monitoring, and investment portfolio oversight.
This role involves administering our Kyriba Treasury Administration System, ensuring efficient cash oversight, and supporting the finance team in debt and real estate financing initiatives.
You will play a key role in financial reporting and help implement continuous improvements using innovative tools and technologies.
Key Duties - Administer and maintain the Kyriba Treasury Administration System, ensuring proper setup and user access.
- Monitor cash flow, bank statements, overdrawn accounts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide daily cash visibility reports, track liquidity, and optimize investments of liquid assets.
- Analyze bank fees and oversee initiatives to reduce fees through RFP processes.
- Maintain and update reports on debt positions, focusing on optimizing debt supervision, including Lombard Credit Facilities.
- Collaborate with the real estate team on financing requests and monitor debt related to real estate projects.
- Develop Excel and PowerPoint templates for financial reporting and support automation of reports using Power BI and other tools.
- Research and integrate innovative solutions (AI, RPA) to improve financial processes and risk monitoring Requerimientos del candidato/a.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a leading business school or top-tier university.
- Proven experience in treasury operations (24 months ideally).
- Experienced with Kyriba Treasury Administration System.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- French and advanced English skills are required.
- AI is at the core of our processes.
Curiosity and a solid understanding of AI are essential, as innovation in this field is a major focus of our research
