TRAVEL BOOKING WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

I’m updating my website.
I have a very small tour operator business for Japan.
The main function of the site will be facilitating the booking of package tours.
I’ve been using the same website that I created myself for around 6 or so years.
I’m ready to update the site, and add some new functionality.
I spent a couple of days looking at various websites from other tour companies, and I think that this is the one that I liked the most, and the one that is closest to what it is that I would like to “model” my own after.

I have a very precise list of things that need to be customized, and know that there will be around 10 very small plugins that will need to be developed or customized to fit what I'm imagining (please look at the month-to-month temperature tracking plugin towards the bottom of the page).
[login to view URL] Specifically I really like the tour pages themselves, and how much information can be displayed very succinctly (especially the day-to-day itinerary section and the amazing graph that has month-to-month temperature averages and price averages for each month as well).
I also like the floating header that stays above the itinerary as you scroll through.
There are a ton of things that I have noted on how I’d like to implement this.
Some of them are very similar to what I’ve seen on this website, but others I simply haven’t seen at all on any other travel website.
For instance, I’d like to show how many slots are available for a tour on that tour’s page.
When you check the website, please also look at the dashboard template, and consider everything written below as well.
Up until now I’ve been using Wordpress to manage the website, but moving forward I would really like to customize and implement this management hub (or something similar) to manage the website as it would be easier to be on the ‘same page’ if I hire someone else that is working remotely with me.

- I’d like to be able to use this as the website’s CMS (so doing things like adding new tours to the website, managing the appearance by changing things that are on sale, making blog posts, etc.) I’d also like to ‘link’ it to the main site so that when sales happen they are reflected on this site, and small things like changing the price, or displaying a sale price on specific tours can all be done from that site.
- I don’t know how possible it is, but I would love for there to be an internal post feed amongst myself and other coworkers, similar to this.
