In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world.
Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas.

We are looking for a Transversal Production to work in this project in Lisbon.
Requirements.
First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university with a good background of software development/support; At least 10 years’ experience in a similar position (Production Support); General IT infrastructure knowledge; Being confortable with working on different Operating Systems (Windows, Linux - Red Hat); Windows (PowerShell, Active Directory, Event logs, …); Application Performance Monitor (Dynatrace preferable); Good understanding of the ITIL norm especially Incident, Change and Request Management and practices; Devops Toolchain (Ansible, Jenkins, …); Knowledge in RPA (Blue Prism preferable); Relational database concepts knowledge; English (mandatory); French is a plus; Good communication skills; Autonomous and proactive person; Team player; Think out-of-the box and come up with new ideas/ improvements for the processes; Organizational skills.
Responsibilities.
Technical support of all the environments hosting BNP Paribas applications, both locally developed and third parties internally hosted; Ensuring the specialist support to the IT development and Application Support team; Manage applications migrations/re-hosting; Coordinate the change management for all the applications in scope; Collaborate to the changes on the infrastructure hosting the applications in scope; Contribute to global/local strategic projects.
