TRANSITION MANAGER -ENERGY & UTILITIES

Position Description.
Do you have what it takes to successfully lead a project from start till finish? Do you have previous experience with complex IT and/or service transition projects? We have the right challenge for you! Your role in our team - Manage all transition phases, from start till finish.
preparation, execution and go-live.
- Keep timing, scope and budget well under control, monitoring, reporting and taking pro-active action as needed to deliver a successful transition.
- Coordinate and align the work between key stakeholders, incl.
service providers and customer, regarding all transition activities.
- Produce key document deliverables as part of transition work.
How you strengthen our team - Project Management – Ability to plan, execute, and oversee the entire transition process, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and scope are met.
- Change Management – Expertise in managing and facilitating changes within the IT environment, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Risk Management – pro-active identification and mitigation of risks during the transition process.
- Problem-solving – pro-active identification and resolution of issues that arise during the transition process.
- Quality and Process Improvement – knowledge of quality, ITIL and/or other frameworks to improve service delivery and transition processes.
- Stakeholder management and communication – Strong verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- IT Technical Knowledge – Understanding of IT systems lifecycle and environment to guide the transition process effectively.
- Writing/authoring skills to produce key management documents and progress reports.
- FR + NL + EN all B2 - On Site presence is mandatory (Brussels) - > 10 years experience in project management - Experience with transition projects of over 10 m€.
