TRANSFORMATION ANALYST

The DGU Transformation Office is looking to recruit a Transformation Analyst.
EDP is a global energy group present in around 30 markets with a particular emphasis on renewable energies.

What you will do.
Ability to use storytelling to engage and motivate the team and stakeholders about transformation initiatives; Support the transformation team in continuous improvement and innovation projects; Assist in gathering and analysing data to identify improvement opportunities; Participate in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders; Collaborate on the documentation of processes and best practices; Contribute to the management of project timelines and activities; Conduct market research and benchmarking to support transformation initiatives; Assist with internal communication regarding ongoing projects.

Hybrid Model   What are we looking for.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; Up to 3 years of professional experience in internships or projects related to organizational transformation is an advantage; Basic knowledge of project management and agile methodologies; Basic knowledge of design thinking and innovation; Skills in data analysis, presentation tools, and internal communication; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Teamwork skills; Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
