You will also be responsible for following up on their performance on the job, identifying training needs and implementing continuous training plans.

What you'll do Identifying training needs; Preparing and developing training material; Providing training regarding hard and soft skills, initial and ongoing; Analyzing the trainee’s results; Contribute to the success of the project, improving the knowledge and skills of the content moderators.
What you'll need Fluency in French (C2 minimum); Fluency in English (C1 minimum); Availability to work from the office; Experience as a Trainer (preferred); Resilience, proactivity and charisma; Gaming experience (preferred).
