Your role in our team.
As a Trainee Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the  support design and development of new an innovative products and solutions for our customers.
Collaborate n the preparation and analysis of specifications and technical requirements of the equipment to be developed, according to the requirements of the product, customer specification and applicable standards and regulations.
• Design the architecture of the solutions taking into account the approved specifications.
• Validate that the design of the solution is sufficiently detailed so that the development of the solution is as close as possible to what is intended.
• Validate that all specifications are reflected in the solution design.
• Support the process of elaborating user support documentation, whenever necessary, to ensure that the information is consolidated and available for consultation with the appropriate quality.
• Promote and encourage the incorporation of new technological trends that make the operation of the area more complete, effective, efficient and profitable, ensuring and improving the service provided to customers.
• Maintain an active permanent technological radar, in order to ensure the updating and differentiation of the product's portfolio.
• Articulate and communicate with the Quality Area with the objective of analyzing the risk associated with the development of new products.
• Participate in relevant forums and communities of innovation, research and development, engineering, technology, technology and industry.
• Interact with the various areas in the definition of the architectures for the products and solutions and provide support in the analysis of identified problems.
• Ensure technical and technological benchmarking.
• Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods.
• Ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment and safety.
