Position Description.
Position Description Intern would be working together with the team for the following roles.
-IT Desktop Support Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Install and configure software and hardware • Manage network servers and technology tools • Set up accounts and workstations • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements • Troubleshoot issues and outages • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls • Upgrade systems with new releases and models • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent • able to commit for 6-month internship and based in the office • Good analytical skills and able to work independently • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and passion for technology innovation • IT Skills.
