Poste et missions.
As a Test Leader, your responsibilities will include the following.
* Contribute to the Test Strategy.
Assist in the development of the test strategy and Master Test Plan, ensuring all tests are well designed and executed.
* Test Design and Execution.
o Adhere to the project design and its deliverables.
o Input test subjects into the dedicated tool in accordance with standards.
o Ensure that all test project deliverables are elaborated, validated, and communicated within your scope.
o Prioritize tests appropriately within your scope.
o Provide necessary information for Go/No Go decisions.
o Execute tests within your scope of competence and input test results into the tool.
o Report any risks of delays or quality issues.
* Reporting and Communication.
o Communicate progress to stakeholders through test reports.
o Manage project committees related to test progress and defects.
o Report key information for Go/No Go decisions.
* Anomaly Identification and Resolution.
o Identify anomalies within your scope, enter them into the correct tool, and contribute to their prioritization.
o Participate in the correction and validation of anomalies.
* Adherence to Norms and Standards.
o Adopt Service Culture values and respect principles.
o Follow the test procedures defined for the department and participate in workshops on these themes.

* Work Environment.
The role will be based in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal, with the possibility of working closely with international teams Requerimientos del candidato/a.
Votre Profil * Technical Background.
o Degree in Informatics or related areas.
o Understanding of project methodology.
o Knowledge of test methodology principles and ISTQB vocabulary.
o Experience in testing applications related to life insurance or banking products is desirable.
* Essential Skills.
o Proficiency in the French language.
o Minimum of 2 years' experience in test activities.
o Ability to build test strategies and schedules.
o Ability to manage one or more software testers.
o Experience working in an Agile environment.
o Familiarity with Octane, JIRA, Confluence.
o Knowledge of API testing.
o Proficiency in SQL language.
o Skills in risk identification and follow-up.
o Strong coordination and motivation abilities.
o Systematic, critical, and logical thinking.
o Strong summarization capabilities.
