2 days Rotational Key Responsibilities.
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist you will.
Assist users with PreSales General Inquiries and technical support issues via phone email chat social media and messaging channels.
Adapt communication style to match the brands voice across various channels including social media forums and ecommerce platforms.
Handle customer complaints effectively escalating when necessary as per documented procedures.
Respond promptly to customer requests and accurately document case information.
Qualifications.
Native proficiency in German with formal speech and excellent writing skills.
Proficiency in English (B2 level).
Previous experience in technical customer support or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and empathetic skills.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with communication tools and customer support software.
