The ideal candidate would be skilled in headhunting and tech recruitment.
Key Responsibilities.
- Identify and attract senior-level web developers, freshers looking for job to get started in career, and people who are good fit to become VA or Web Managers for our clients; find such talent within your city.
- Educate them about our organization and its prospects.
- Facilitate their onboarding process.
- Find out quality freshers within your city who is looking to become developer, and make them join us at Hyderabad.
Required Skills.
- Proficiency in tech recruitment and headhunting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in IT/ITES industry recruitment.
The web developers will primarily be working on PHP based projects, so familiarity with this industry is a plus.
Knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax, MySQL, Front end(HTML, CSS, Bootstrap), Backend technologies (PHP) is must for experienced.
However for freshers, we do have training program with 3years of work guarantee post training program.
Training is of 4months followed by 12 months of paid internship and further 2years of employment on a bond.
We need to fill 2 senior positions and 8 junior positions.
Total 10 positions.
Two senior positions.
1.
10+ year experienced in PHP, and overall webdevelopment, who wants to join us, learn our software and processes and eventually build its own team either at Hyderabad or at his home-city.
Build, mentor and lead that development team.
2.
5+ years in managing KPOs and staff.
This profile needs to build team of staff who can be placed on our client's website management, email marketing etc.
Twelve junior positions.
1.
Four freshers who wish to get started in career as web developer.
2.
Four freshers who can be trained and help our clients in their email marketing, website management, project management, linkeidn and/or facebook marketing and so on.
Upon on joining 4% of fixed CTC.
