As an advisory Teams Telephony Architect, you’ll be working with a varied mix of clients and wide range of projects.
You’ll be delivering work at high and low level; Shaping, strategy, technical design and ‘on the tools’.

The position offers the option of fully remote working but will require some occasional travel to client sites or to CGI offices.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Due to the varied nature of the role, it’s impossible to list all the responsibilities, skills and experience but typically our consultants.
• Quickly develop close working relationships and engage with others at an appropriate level • Empathise, understand client requirements, and align the solution/technology with the desired outcome • Manage stakeholders at all levels and balance risk vs reward vs cost • Identify opportunities for improvement and follow-on work • Bring fresh ideas based on past successes (and failures) from previous engagements to new scenarios • Are self-managed, motivated, and can work independently • Support the development of other team members by knowledge sharing and mentoring.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
You wlll; • Have a good working knowledge across the M365 portfolio, with SME knowledge in one or more specialist areas • Have experience working with a range of different project and architecture methodologies and frameworks (Agile Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, TOGAF, RCDA etc.) Skills.
