You will help people and make a difference.
You will bring a human touch to the relationship between customers and the company.
You will guide members in their day-to-day activities.
On a typical day, you will.
-Coordinate the various operational activities of the integration team; -Distribute new contracts to ensure an equitable workload; -Follow up on files to ensure compliance with service levels and commitments to our clients; -Supervise and evaluate staff; -Organize and participate in the training and development of resources; -Ensure the establishment and maintenance of work processes that optimize the sector; -Develop specific indicators; -Disseminate information to team members; -Ensure compliance with established service levels; -Evaluate the quality of services provided to clients (e.
., via integration surveys); -Participate in various operational meetings and get involved in various company projects; -Analyze and implement procedures aimed at continuous service improvement; -Support our business partner.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
-University degree in Administration or equivalent experience; -Minimum of five years of experience in supervision/coordination; -Customer service experience; -Project tracking experience; -Expertise in payroll (an asset); -Recognized leadership and coaching skills; -Excellent communication and negotiation skills; -Developed aptitude for customer service; -High sense of organization and priority management; -Teamwork skills; -Autonomous and proactive in managing customer dissatisfaction; -Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); -Fluent in both French and English.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
