EOHS& Quality Understands the technical requirements of EOHS, Quality, in factory Develops and drives strategies to ensure conformance to site Quality and EOHS requirements Understands and interprets governmental policies and regulations to ensure CP compliance with them Understands and communicates the business and financial consequences of not conforming to standards Works with senior leaders to identify and provide the resources and guidance that will ensure compliance with regulations and requirements Develops networks to foster teamwork in the management of requirements, identification and implementation of best practices Provides direction for improving safety, environmental and quality conscious behavior in factory 8.
Abides by facility safety and GMP requirements and sets the example Proactive in self- assessing against corporate EOHS and Quality standards and governmental regulations 10.
Provides appropriate resources to achieve expected levels of EOHS and Quality performance FP&R Conduct & participate in SGM and contribute to CI Activities Identify and eliminate sources of contamination from the machine Implementation of 5S and visual workplace principles Ensure timely upkeep of work area and follow the housekeeping schedule Operations Responsible for production KPIs.
Responsible for EOHS & Quality.
Managing resources (Man, Machine, Materials) efficiently, guiding the line teams in minimizing downtime through direct personal involvement & active presence on the shop floor Leading Line Teams to solve quality problems.
To maintain the crewing norms, shift rotation, leave planning etc Communication, Coaching & Feedback, Active presence on the shop floor, Participating in the 5S, AM, PM & Small Group meetings with Line Teams.
Manage repairing and maintenance to equipment and control spare parts management.
Training to Technicians & Team Members on Technical Trainings Communicates critical technical, quality & operational issues to the concerned Team The TL plays the role of a supervisor and evaluates every aspect of work done by the operations team and takes care of all the production related aspects before they are taken for use by clients to avoid complaints.
They also handle issues relating to logistics in the department, keeps records of production equipment, and gives detailed account to management Carry out troubleshooting of Packing equipment to determine faulting areas; carry out routine repairs in the operating systems of the organization Build the procedures and the specifications to follow for the execution of projects in the organization, and specify product requirements for operational success (SOP’s) in the Packing area Assign tasks to team members in such a way that the more pressing tasks are completed first #LI-RS1 #CPIL Our Commitment to Sustainability With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.
