Job Description Team presentation and main goal.
Incorporated in the Financing Operations department of Global Banking Operations, the Loan Administration team EMEA is in charge of performing all the loan administration tasks and managing the associated refinancing activity of all financing activity of the EMEA branches (Dubai, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan).
This is done under strict time constraints to ensure a high-level of servicing whilst limiting any potential Operational Risk issues.
Financing Activity scope – Real Assets (Aviation, Infrastructure and Energy, Real Estate Finance), Investment Banking (Acquisition & Strategic Finance)], Coverage [Corporate, FIG (Financial Institutions Group)], GCSC (Global Structured Credit and Solutions).
As a team leader, you will be supervising, managing, and supporting the activity and a team of around 12 people, by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve common goals and develop their potential.
Always making sure, that the operation is handled in the most efficient way.
Main tasks and goals.
As the Team Leader of the Loan Admin EMEA team within Financing Operations in Porto, you will be in responsible of a team of 11 Loan Admin Officers and overseeing.
Recruitment process of staff; Onboarding and training of newcomers; Daily organization of the team, ensuring the appropriate resources are allocated to each task; Perform the controls CPN1.

; Monitor the cashbreaks; Monitor pending flows; Report Operational Risks on due time; Alignment of tasks between countries, using Lean methodology.
For you to be successful in this role you should be able to.

Qualifications Masters in Management or Accounting; Proven experience in managing teams; Financing Operations; Proven experience in Banking; Microsoft Office 365; LoanIQ; Banking Accounting; Fluent English (mandatory), Italian, German and Spanish are a plus.

Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Skilled at synthesis and analysis; Outstanding organizational and leadership skills; Ability to make decisions as well as influence decision-making.

In  4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office.
After grabbing a  cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your  laptop and choose your spot for the day.
It's going to be a busy one.
French class  before lunch and, just after, quick  medical appointment  at Natixis doctor's office.
Lunch break.
Outside in the big  terrace  (look at your crops at the  Urban Garden; ready to harvest!) or, if you feel like stretching your legs,  walk downtown  to grab lunch.
Back inside.
Quick sprint review (working together anywhere means virtual happy birthday to that colleague in Paris that just turned 35).
The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates).
End it on a high note.
