- Understanding and working knowledge of FATCA and AEOI Regulations; - Collect sensitive and accurate client documentation regarding tax regulations such as FATCA and AEOI; - Interact with external clients and other stakeholders to gather the necessary documents; - Update and index client´s documentations into legacy systems; - Handle and act diligently in cases of change in circumstances; - Act diligently on the resolution of escalations originated from 1.
Controls; - Responsible to produce and review KPIs per Regulation and support constant review on relevance of these KPIs; - Make recommendations/suggestions to enhance procedures and processes in place.
Profile and skills we look for.
- Higher education.
Law, Taxation, Business School, or similar; - Experience in CIB business, Source Deductions Regulations and Tax Credits, U.

Tax Returns (QI/QDD/Fatca) and Tax documentation; - Excel advanced; - Must be fully fluent in English, French is a plus Temporary project.
