We are now looking for a Talent Manager willing to accept new challenges in Porto in our Closer team.
Are you the one? Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or other similar areas; +2 years of experience in IT talent recruitment; Good communication skills alongside detail focus; People-oriented, empathic, and dynamic; Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and strong results orientation; Ability to negotiate with clients and candidates; Mandatory to be fluent in Portuguese and have a good level of English (minimum B2); Last but not least.
