Role.
* You will be providing L2 support for server, storage (datacenter) requests in consideration of SLA's * You will be providing support services in alignment to ITIL * You will be supporting Presta Steering facilities around the world in all questions of provided support area * You have knowledge of ITSM tools in general and it's use in alignment with standards and regulations Main Tasks.
* Ensure IT services are available without restrictions and with required performance * Use of organizations ITSM tool for resolution tracking of incidents and requests * Fulfillment of Level 2 tickets in consideration of SLAs and/or KPIs * Documentation of service-related activities and project related workloads Technical Skills.
* You have knowledge in Microsoft server and Linux server technologies * You have knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory services and technologies * You have Knowledge in VMWare virtualization technologies * You have Knowledge in IT Security requirements * You have Basic knowledge in Network technologies Requirement Profile * You have experience in similar system engineer operations service role (service desk, daily operations and project related tasks) * You have graduated from university or equivalent education * You have multi-year practice in supporting enterprise IT infrastructure * You have an ITIL Certification or alike * You have good English and/or German language skills in speaking and writing Collegial cooperation and respect in dealing with each other - that's what you'll find with us for over 200 years.
