Position Description.

CGI will invest in your future success in the role using project-based learning and training onsite at our Troy, AL office.
The hours of training will be 8.
am-5.
pm, Monday-Friday, where perfect attendance will be required for completion.
Hours for this role are Monday-Friday 8.
am-6.
pm.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Respond directly to customer bids • Qualify customer needs & services availability • Pull pricing & generate proposals • Ensure signature of contracts • Maintain all communication and records • Ensure engagement and proper handoff to all supporting client agents Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Must possess high school diploma or GED • Client-focused and service-oriented • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to interact professionally with clients • Flexibility to work on client's priority • Positive “can-do” attitude • Ability to actively listen and respond in a positive, empathetic manner • Navigating and understanding multiple computer screens • Multitasking • Learn and retain large amounts of information “CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
