SVG TO STL CONVERSION & SCALING

I need an expert in 3D modeling and STL file conversion.
I have several SVG files that need to be converted to STL files for 3D printing low relief parts.
- The purpose of these prints will be for architectural models, specifically designed to be printed in a flexible rubber and also in a water soluble filament.
- The flexibility and water solubility of the materials are paramount to this project.
Therefore, the STL files need to be optimized for these specific material properties.
- The level of detail required for the STL files is medium.
Ideal skills for the job include proficiency in CAD software, experience with 3D printing and a good understanding of converting SVG files to STL.
