About the role The Sushi Chef forms part of Main kitchen Culinary Management team, working closely with the Executive Chef.
What you will do The Sushi Chef is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and serving as part of the management team leading the culinary team.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cuisine! Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position.
What you bring Cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience; Three to five years of culinary or related work experience; Advanced culinary knowledge is expected on this position; Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task; Good command of the Portugues and English language is a plus.
