Job Description About this Job  This position executes the Data acquisition processes and sample maintenance of Consumer Panel households () in Germany.
This includes understanding and representing the local market conditions in the operations processes.
This entails engaging local partners like Statistical Operations and Input validation teams to ensure smooth hand-offs in operations.
Responsibilities.
Executes the reception processes and associated project work for Germany.
Onshore project work will be execution work that requires a local presence such as aspects of data queries that entail local inspection, contacts, or language.
Sample maintenance (recruitment requirements)   Panel members motivation (rewards points, gift catalogue, newsletters, Website, conquest, surveys, communications...)   Scanner and mobile application software maintenance   Call center panel supervision and support Teleperformance (Lisbon) & OLR (USA)   Direct attention to global external providers.
OLR(USA) Logistic team (Italy) Teleperformance (Lisbon), Telsolutions (USA) and local ones.
communication & printing providers, etc...
Works in partnership with the country’s Input validation and Statistical Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process playbooks for Operations and associated project work.
Work with Recruitment in-house team.

., preferably in marketing   Ability to speak fluent English  and German Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint  Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams    Experience handling, manipulating data Ability to document work and effectively prioritize documentation   Able to Work in an individual and/or team setting  Preferred.
Experience with R    Experience with Python     Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines and priorities   Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills    We offer  Work in dynamic environment engaging with local and global companies.
