About the Role Supply Planning Analyst As a Supply Planning Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimizing our supply chain processes.
You will analyze data to provide actionable insights that enhance our operations, from material orders to production, supply, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities.
Monitor and collect data on current operations, including scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, production, and delivery.
Gather data on each step within the plant operation, using it to recommend changes to reduce time and costs.
Assess the company’s processes and inventory, then use that data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Investigate pain points within the process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies.
Create performance reports for management to review.
Connect with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes.
Plan and carry out supply planning projects.
Be in charge of Digital Supply Planning transformation projects.
Lead Quality/FP&R/EHS standards.

Qualifications We are looking for an individual with the following background.
Education.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Industrial System Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Experience.
1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement, Data Analysis, and Digitalization.
Technical Skills.
Basic knowledge of Information Technology and proficiency in Office Applications (MS Office/Google Suite).
Experience with SAP and Data Analysis tools is a plus.
