upport the data analysis of activities related to the purchasing function and it's decision-making as well as data of the different purchasing commodities (through handling of dynamic tables, Excel macros, Dashboards, SAP, etc.); * Collaborate with the (COMPANY NAME)'s division's buyers, in the different purchasing processes.
sourcing (search for suppliers, offers and negotiations), contracting (document preparation, signature process and digital files validation), evaluation and development of suppliers; * Collaborate in the automation of purchasing processes through Office 365 tools.
Power Automate, Forms, Sharepoint, Power BI; * Review of the qualification and segmentation status of suppliers and support in the execution of relevant tasks related to the processes; * Support the travel management function; * Collaboration on new projects that may arise.
We are looking for someone with… * Ability to work in an International environment; * Initiative and entrepreneurial spirit; * Ability to generate new ideas; * Target oriented; * Decision making/problem solving; * Interest and knowledge on digitalization and new technologies, especially, process automation tools associated with Office 365 or others.
