Your new role As the Strategy Enablement ProcurementDirector, you will make a vitalcontribution to the success of the Global Procurement function, playing a keypart in the delivery of our three-year strategy focusing on savings, speed, andsustainability.
This role requires vision, energy, procurement subject matterexpertise, and a proven track record of significantly improving ways of workingwithin complex environments.
You will work closely with the Head of Strategy todefine and drive a programme of high-profile functional initiatives, directlyenabling the delivery of Procurement’s strategy.
This role includes significantexposure to the Procurement Leadership Team and Strategy & OperationalExcellence Leadership Team.
What you’llneed to succeed - Significant procurement and/or supplychain experience; - Proven track record of deliveringprojects in a global environment; - Expertise in change management andpeople management; - Excellent communication andinfluencing skills; -Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; -Ability to manage conflicting priorities anddeliver high-quality results; -English Fluent.
