The Contracting Pt department is looking for a Strategic B2B Operations Analyst.
What you will do.
Support the definition and implementation of action plans and specific initiatives to optimize B2B Customer contracting processes; Contribute to the strategic management of the B2B Commercial Operations Area, namely through the monitoring of performance and reliability indicatorSupport the external activity and track the performance of the Business Process Outsourcing TeamContribute to the identification and specification of partial or total automation of business processes; Manage customer relationships in the context of the commercial cycle Employment type.

Hybrid Model What are we looking for.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or any other field as long as it has relevant experience for the role; Up to 3 years of professional experience in similar roles (minimum 1 year); Experience in operations management and/or knowledge of the utilities market is valued; Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and CRM Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), with knowledge of Spanish being a plus; Ability to stay focused in a high-pressure environment and attention to detail; High level of autonomy and responsibility.
